Cliff Allison – F1 1958 On this day: 3rd May, back in 1958, the Silverstone Circuit hosted the 10th BRDC International Trophy. This non-championship Formula One included several Formula Two cars, the highest finisher being Team Lotus’ Cliff Allison in their Lotus-Climax 12 (they finished 6th overall).
